Gaza city: At least 12 Palestinians were killed over the past 24 hours as Israeli airstrikes continued across the Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian medical sources. Seven of the fatalities occurred in Gaza City, two in the central region, and three in the south. Among the dead were a person seeking humanitarian aid and three others who succumbed to earlier injuries. Three additional deaths were reported after a coastal embankment collapsed onto tents sheltering displaced families in the Mawasi area of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that the total number of casualties since the start of the war two years ago has reached 67,173 dead and 169,780 wounded. Among the dead are 20,179 children, 10,427 women, 4,813 elderly people, and 31,754 men.
