Gaza: Two Palestinian women were martyred and 12 wounded over the past 24 hours after Israeli occupation forces shelled civilian gatherings at a humanitarian aid distribution point south of Wadi Gaza in the central Gaza Strip, in addition to other attacks in the central Gaza Strip, medical sources at Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat confirmed on Tuesday.

According to Qatar News Agency, earlier today, medical sources at Al-Shifa Hospital, west of Gaza City, confirmed that 16 Palestinians were martyred and several others wounded in Israeli airstrikes targeting various areas in the city.

Since Oct. 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces have launched an offensive on the Gaza Strip, killing 63,557 citizens, the majority of whom are children and women, and wounding 160,660 others.

The death toll is not final, as a number of victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and rescue crews.
