Baghdad - The Ministry of Interior announced, today, Thursday, the arrest of (3) people accused of drug trafficking in Babylon.

The Ministry said in a statement that a joint force from the Third Regiment (Scorpion) of the Second Brigade/Rapid Response Division, in coordination and cooperation with the Directorate for Combating Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances in Babylon, and the Division’s Intelligence Department, arrested three people accused of drug trafficking in accordance with the provisions of Article (32) in Babylon Governorate.

It added, the accused were handed over to the legally competent authorities.
