Ankara: A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck the Kalecik district of the Turkish capital, Ankara Thursday morning.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) stated that it had recorded a 4.1-magnitude earthquake in Ankara.
The earthquake occurred in the Kalecik district at a depth of 11.8 km, AFAD reported.
Relevant authorities have not issued a statement regarding whether the earthquake caused any material or human losses.
