4 Palestinians Killed, 121 More Bodies Recovered in Gaza Since Dawn

Gaza: Hospitals in the Gaza Strip have received 125 Palestinian bodies since dawn Saturday, including 121 that have been recovered from under the bombed-out buildings, due to the 2-year-plus Israeli aggression against the enclave.

According to Qatar News Agency, a Palestinian was killed after he had been critically wounded by a bullet fired from the occupation’s drone in Al Qarara town north of Khan Younis in the southern Strip, while three Palestinians were killed due to previous injuries they had endured, medical sources reported.

The sources added that 52 bodies were received at Al Shifa Hospital, 21 at Al Ahli Arab (Al-Ma’madani) Hospital in Gaza City, 31 at Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, 20 at Al Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir Al Balah, and one at Al Awda Hospital in Al Nuseirat.

Later today, the Gaza Ministry of Health announced the rise of victims due to the Israeli offensive in the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, to 67,682 fatalities and 170,033 injuries.

A ceasefire deal entered into force on Friday between the Hamas movement and Israel, following the agreement reached in Egypt’s Sharm El Sheikh and the Israeli occupation’s announcement that its government had endorsed the deal.

The occupation stated that its army had started pulling back from the populated sites in the enclave as displaced people began to return to the north of the Strip, as part of the first phase of US President Donald Trump’s initiative to end the war on Gaza.
