Syria’s weightlifter, Mohammad al-Kateb, was crowned with a bronze medal at Asia’s weightlifting Championship, for the Junior category, currently held in India.
Al-Kateb gained the medal in the 81 KG clean and jerk competitions, having a record of 133 KG.
Syrian weightlifter Ahmad Shamaa will take part on Wednesday in the 89KG competitions.
