The Governor of Basra, Asaad Al-Eidani, gave a grace period to the owners of the encroached homes in the ‘Casino du Liban’ area until their children complete their sixth middle school exams.

Al-Eidani said in a press statement: ‘Today we informed the cadres of the governorate’s municipality directorate not to harm the owners of the encroached houses in the Casino du Liban until their student children complete their sixth grade ministerial preparatory exams.’
