The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada Al-Sadr, directed to prevent the entry of ‘corrupt politicians, sycophants, those with political demands, dissidents, expelled people, and those with a cause to the shrine of the martyr Al-Sadr and his two sons.’
Al-Sadr’s directive to ban the categories he specified came through an official statement bearing his signature and his own seal.
Al-Sadr’s statement of the ban was posted at the gate of the shrine of the martyr Al-Sadr and his two sons in the Wadi Al-Salam cemetery.
