The MP of the State of Law coalition, Muhammad Saadoun Al-Saihoud, demanded to expedite the enactment of the general amnesty law, with the exception of the terrorists who shed the blood of Iraqis.

Al-Shihoud said during his meeting with a number of families of the convicts in his office today, Monday, that: Parliament and the government must take into account the families of the convicts and consider their suffering, especially those convicts whose cases can be considered, with the exception of the convicts of terrorists who wreaked havoc on the land.

He added: The President of the Republic must also expedite the issuance of death sentences against those convicted in accordance with Article 4 of terrorism.
