Baghdad Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani returned to the capital, Baghdad, after concluding his participation in the 2023 Cairo Peace Summit.

Al-Sudani’s participation included: delivering Iraq’s speech at the summit, regarding the current events in the occupied Palestinian territories, and a meeting with the King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein.

His participation also included a meeting with the Spanish Prime Minister, Pedro Sanchez, a meeting with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, a meeting with the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, and a meeting with the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister, Mikhail Bogdanov./End
