Anti-crime detachments of Diwaniyah Governorate Police arrested a suspect accused of kidnapping and killing a citizen in a gruesome manner. A source in the governorate police media said: 'During the investigation with an accused of stealing a mobile from a citizen in Diwaniyah, he confessed to kidnapping a citizen in Wasit Governorate, along with three other accused, and pouring acid on his body and killing him in a gruesome manner in a remote area.'
