Doha: Aspire Zone Foundation concluded its Paralympic Day 2025 activities today at the Aspire Academy indoor track, in collaboration with the Qatar Paralympic Committee and the Qatar Stars League. More than 250 participants from various schools and centers across the country took part.

According to Qatar News Agency, participants enjoyed a variety of sporting experiences that enhanced their physical and social skills. The events embodied Aspire Zone’s mission to empower all segments of society and provide people with disabilities a platform to participate in sports activities within an inclusive and safe environment.

The activities included 15 sporting events specifically designed to suit different disability categories and encourage interaction and teamwork. Highlights included goalball for the blind, table tennis for people with disabilities, an obstacle course, shot put and javelin throw, tug-of-war, and parachute jumping, in addition to activities tailored for individuals with hearing, visual, and physical impairments.

The events embody Aspire Zone Foundation’s commitment to supporting Qatar National Vision 2030 by promoting the values of inclusivity and equality in sport, and empowering all members of society to participate in sports in an attractive and stimulating environment that contributes to social integration and deepens the concept of “Sport for All.”

Executive Director of Communications and Public Relations at Aspire Zone Foundation, Hamad Yousef Al-Obaidli stated: “At Aspire Zone Foundation, we are proud to organize this exceptional day, which embodies our vision of making sport a shared right, accessible to everyone.”
