Manama: HH Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer engaged in a discussion aimed at enhancing joint coordination and cooperation to support efforts in maintaining regional security and stability during a phone call on Saturday.

According to Qatar News Agency, during the conversation, the UK Prime Minister emphasized his nation’s unwavering support for Bahrain in safeguarding the security and safety of its territory, citizens, and residents.

Starmer also reiterated the UK’s condemnation of Iran’s attacks on critical national infrastructure and international shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.
