Offshore, it will be partly cloudy with chance of scattered rain at times, the report added.

Wind inshore will be mainly Northwesterly 03 to 13 knot.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly 08 to 18 knot.

Visibility will be 04 to 09/02 kilometers or less later.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 4 feet. Offshore will be 2 to 5 feet.
