The University of Diyala has achieved a competitive position in the Times Classification for sustainable development within the 121 range of the Arab region.

University President Abdel Moneim Abbas Karim said in a statement that the university continues its scientific career in achieving achievements in international forums by appearing within the range 121 in the Times Classification for the Arab region for the current year. He called on the university’s employees to continue this distinction in the field of competition with international universities.

For his part, the head of the International Classification Committee, Tahseen Hussein Mubarak, said that the University of Diyala’s achievement of the seventeen goals of sustainable development was the culmination of the sincere efforts of the university’s employees in strengthening its role in serving community issues.

The official of the international classifications unit, Khaled Ghadban, explained that the university’s obtaining the Times classification is an indicator of the scientific and research development path of the university.
