Baghdad The General Directorate of Tourism in Erbil announced, on Saturday, that about two million tourists visited the governorate, during the seven months of the current year 2021.

The General Directorate of Tourism in Erbil said in a brief statement, “From the beginning of the current year 2021 until July 23 of it, one million and 971 thousand and 522 tourists arrived in Erbil.”

According to the General Authority for Tourism in the Kurdistan Region, recent years have witnessed a remarkable rise in the number of tourists from all regions of Iraq.
