Doha: European stock indexes closed mixed at the end of Monday’s session, as investors focused on this week’s US Federal Reserve policy decision. The Fed is expected to cut its key interest rate in its final meeting of the year.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Stoxx 600 slipped 0.07 percent to 578.38 points. Britain’s FTSE 100 fell 0.23 percent, France’s CAC 40 eased 0.08 percent, while Germany’s DAX rose 0.11 percent.
