Lusail: Egypt and the United Arab Emirates drew 1-1 in their match today at Lusail Stadium, as part of the second round of Group C fixtures in the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025.

According to Qatar News Agency, Caio Lucas scored for the UAE in the 60th minute, while Marwan Hamdi equalized for Egypt in the 85th minute. The match was closely contested with both teams striving for dominance but ultimately sharing the points.

Egypt raised its tally to two points in second place, behind group leaders Jordan with six points. The UAE earned its first point of the tournament and moved into third place on goal difference aHead of Kuwait in fourth.
