The First Deputy Governor of Najaf, Hashim Al-Garawi, revealed his expectations for the passage of six million Iranian visitors through the axis of Najaf Governorate, in addition to visitors from other countries.
This came during Al-Garawi’s chairmanship of the work of the meeting of the Supreme Committee of the Arbaeen visit in the governorate.
He stressed during the meeting that all security services and service departments are obligated to have a field presence of 100%, and as of this Friday, to provide services to visitors.
He called on the municipality department to prepare statistics and numbers on the vehicles entering the province by the provinces and ministries and from the Iraqi-Iranian borders.
He indicated that (1000) transport vehicles were specified by the Hajj and Umrah Commission to transport visitors after their return from Karbala, in addition to (700) open and covered vehicles to protect and transport visitors when necessary.
