PM DIRECTS TO OPEN OFFICE FOR CRIMINAL INFORMATION DEPT

Prime Minister and Interior Minister HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani visited yesterday a number of government services centers belonging to the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADLSA) and checked on the quality of services provided there. The centers provide 274 types of services for nine government authorities in the morning and in the afternoon. They process a total of 6,500 requests a day.

Afterwards, the Prime Minister and Interior Minister visited MADLSA and was updated on its strategic plans for its different departments as well as its future projects. That was done during his tour of the different service departments and the committees of labor disputes in the ministry.

The Prime Minister then issued a directive for opening an office for the Evidence and Criminal Information Department in MADLSA, in order to facilitate for the citizens the process of obtaining a good conduct certificate required from those looking for government scholarships or jobs.
