Doha: German Chancellor Friedrich Merz departed Doha on Thursday after concluding an official visit to the country.

According to Qatar News Agency, Chancellor Merz and his delegation were seen off at Hamad International Airport. The farewell was attended by Qatar's Minister of Commerce and Industry, Sheikh Faisal bin Thani bin Faisal Al-Thani, the Ambassador of Qatar to Germany, Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al Hamar, and the German Ambassador to Qatar, Oliver Owcza.
