Baghdad – The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) called on Arab and Islamic countries to intensify efforts to open a permanent humanitarian corridor and to reject the occupation’s starvation policy.
Hamas said in a statement today, Monday,: “The entry of very limited amounts of aid into the Gaza Strip during the past two days does not cover the growing needs of our people in light of the barbaric aggression and the ongoing siege and the severe shortage it is causing in all food supplies, medicine and fuel, which is running out in all hospitals in Gaza Strip.”
It also called on all concerned parties to intensify efforts to open an urgent humanitarian corridor to bring in fuel, food, medicine, and medical supplies, to avoid a humanitarian catastrophe and genocide under the Zionist war machine, and to reject the policies of the occupation and its crimes against humanity./End
