HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met on Wednesday in his office at Lusail Palace with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the sisterly Sultanate of Oman Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi and the accompanying delegation, on the occasion of his visit to the country.

At the beginning of the meeting, HE Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi conveyed the greetings of HM Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of the Sultanate of Oman to his brother HH the Amir, wishing His Highness good health and happiness and the Qatari people further progress and prosperity.

HH the Amir entrusted HE Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi to convey his greetings to his brother His Majesty the Sultan and his wishes for further success, and the fraternal people of Oman continued prosperity and progress.

During the meeting, they discussed the fraternal relations between Qatar and Oman, in addition to a number of regional and international developments of common interest to the two fraternal countries.

The meeting was attended by HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani.
