Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani will participate in the Group of 20 (G20) Summit tomorrow, following an invitation from HE President of the Federative Republic of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva. The summit is slated to occur in Rio de Janeiro, gathering Their Highnesses and Excellencies heads of state and government, as well as delegations from around the globe.

According to Qatar News Agency, following the summit, HH the Amir is scheduled for official visits to the Republic of Costa Rica and the Republic of Colombia. During these visits, His Highness plans to engage with leaders and senior officials from both nations to explore opportunities for enhancing cooperation across multiple sectors. Discussions will also cover regional and international matters of mutual interest.

In Costa Rica, HH the Amir will attend the 8th edition of the Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani International Anti-Corruption Excellence Award, which will take place in San Jose. His Highness will be accompanied by an o
fficial delegation throughout these engagements.
