Hariri patronizes CAEL Festival in appreciation of embassy contributions

Balsamat Association held Monday its “CAEL” Festival for the third year in a row in appreciation of embassy contributions in Lebanon, under the auspices of Prime Minister Saad Hariri represented by MP Bassem el-Chab, in presence of Information Minister Melhem Riachi represented by National News Agency Director Laure Sleiman, and Ambassadors of Qatar, Britain, Morocco, Belgium, Bangladesh, India, Serbia and Austria.

In her opening word, Association Head Amal Shouman Sleiman said, “The third edition of the CAEL Festival presents ‘The Luxury Network International Awards’ to international companies and brands, and honors innovative Lebanese figures in the fields of humanities, media and art.”

“We look forward to integrating our cooperation in inviting international institutions and companies to Lebanon to shed light on them and honor their achievements, while seeking the support of their country ambassadors to promote their products and introduce them to the Lebanese markets,” she added.

During the event, the Embassy of Qatar was selected as best embassy in Beirut for its various contributions in support of Lebanon.

In his appreciation speech, Qatari Ambassador Ali bin Hamad Al Marri thanked the Balsamat Association for organizing the event, in a joint venture with “The Luxury Network International Awards 2018”.

“The State of Qatar has been, and will continue to be with you at various levels, exerting all possible efforts to help Lebanon,” said Al-Marri, stressing on the deeply-rooted, brotherly ties linking both countries together.
