The Ministry of Interior (MoI) launched Sunday a comprehensive field survey to measure the public’s satisfaction with the services provided to them through the unified centers located in different areas of the country.
The ministry said the two-week survey, held by the Planning and Quality Department, will cover all the service centers affiliated to the Unified Services Department. The questionnaire will cover three main aspects related to evaluating the reception service, service procedures and work environment.
The ministry noted that this comes as part of the field surveys series held by the Planning and Quality Department with regard to the procedures for receiving users, speed of transaction completion and responding to inquiries.
