Ankara: A mutual agreement between Trkiye and Qatar aimed at enhancing cooperation in global humanitarian efforts came into effect on Monday, with its publication in Trkiye’s Official Gazette following ratification by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

According to TRTworld.com, the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Humanitarian Assistance between the Government of the Republic of Trkiye and the Government of the State of Qatar, signed in Ankara on November 14, 2024, officially entered into force with this publication.

The agreement outlines eight sectors, each highlighting a common goal between the two nations. This cooperation is expected to streamline and strengthen their joint humanitarian initiatives, reflecting a commitment to collaboratively address global humanitarian challenges.
