Delhi: India has successfully tested a domestically developed long-range hypersonic missile. The test marks a significant achievement in India’s defense capabilities, showcasing the country’s advancements in missile technology.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Indian missile was developed by the state-run Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) in collaboration with industry partners. The missile is designed to carry payloads for ranges exceeding 1,500 km (930 miles) for the armed forces. This development is a key step in enhancing India’s strategic and defensive measures, providing the armed forces with advanced technology to support national security.
