Tehran: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi discussed ways to boost bilateral relations and a range of issues of mutual interest with his German counterpart, Johann Wadephul, in a phone call on Monday. During the call, the Iranian foreign minister expressed hope for improved relations between the two countries, noting some understandings reached in this regard and his country’s readiness to take effective steps toward that goal.

According to Qatar News Agency, the German foreign minister affirmed his country’s readiness to continue bilateral and multilateral dialogue with Iran and to take further steps to build trust between the two nations.
