Iraq And 15 Countries Participate In Al-Hassan Int’l Taekwondo Championship In Jordan

Baghdad, The Jordanian Taekwondo Federation has completed all the administrative preparations for hosting Al-Hassan International Championship, which is classified as one-star.

According to Kooora website: The tournament has the participation of 16 countries, in addition to Jordan, they are: Palestine, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Lebanon, Iraq, Qatar, Libya, Italy, Spain, India, Cyprus, Ukraine, Pakistan, Luxembourg, in addition to refugees team global.

It was decided to hold the championship competitions, which will start next Friday, at Prince Hamzah Hall in Al-Hussein City for Youth, where the first two days will be devoted to junior competitions, while adult competitions will be held next Sunday.

The championship bears the name of Prince Hassan bin Talal, who contributed in entering, establishing and developing the Jordanian sport of Taekwondo, which has reached the world thanks to the achievements of its champions.

The Jordanian Taekwondo Federation, which will supervise the organization of al-Hassan Championship, recently won the award for the best federation in the world.
