Baghdad: HE President of the Republic of Iraq Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid met Thursday with HE Minister of Culture Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Thani, who is visiting Iraq. During the meeting, they discussed aspects of cooperation between the two countries in the cultural fields and ways to support and develop them, as Qatar is the guest of honor at the Baghdad International Book Fair this year.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting aimed to strengthen cultural ties between Iraq and Qatar. Both parties emphasized the importance of cultural exchange and collaboration to enhance mutual understanding and friendship between the two nations.
