The Federal Intelligence and Investigation Service and its affiliates published the security toll for the period from (April 27 to May 4) 2023.

The Service stated in a statement that its detachments arrested 72 terrorists, 935 accused according to various legal articles, 357 drug dealers, seized large quantities of narcotic pills and crystal, 61 tons of smuggled medicines, and destroyed two caches for ISIS and two explosive devices, and seized 234 Weapons.
