Doha: An Italian medical delegation visited Aspetar Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Hospital, on Wednesday. HE Minister of Health of the Italian Republic Professor Orazio Schillaci led the high-level delegation, which also included senior executives from 45 leading Italian companies in the field of biotechnology.

According to Qatar News Agency, the delegation held talks with Aspetar’s Acting Director General Khalid Al Mawlawi and several senior officials on the enhancement of bilateral relations and exploring opportunities for cooperation in the field of sports medicine.

The visitors also had the opportunity to tour Aspetar’s state-of-the-art facilities, gaining valuable insights into the innovative healthcare solutions and advanced medical technologies adopted by the hospital.
