Jordan: Jordan’s Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi held a series of phone calls on Wednesday with counterparts from Libya, Oman, Pakistan, and Mauritania to discuss efforts to end the Israeli offensive on Gaza and to strengthen bilateral ties.

According to Qatar News Agency, Safadi and Libya’s Acting Foreign Minister Taher Al-Baour reviewed developments in Gaza and ways to enhance cooperation between their countries. In a separate call, Safadi and Oman’s Foreign Minister Badr Al-Busaidi stressed the need for coordinated efforts to stop the violence.

Talks with Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Mohammed Ishaq Dar and Mauritania’s Mohamed Salem Ould Merzouk also focused on ceasefire efforts, alongside discussions on broader regional cooperation.
