Moscow: The Presidency of the Russian Federation (the Kremlin) announced Wednesday that Moscow is closely monitoring Western arms supplies to Ukraine, vowing to respond to any actions that target Russian territory.

According to Qatar News Agency, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated, “This topic remains high on the agenda. Of course, we are following all relevant reports closely.” He emphasized that the provision of arms to Ukraine serves as a commercial venture for some European countries.

Peskov also noted that there are no current plans for a new phone call between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump, although he mentioned that such a call “could be arranged very quickly.”

In recent days, Western countries have renewed their commitments to support Ukraine in its conflict with Russia. This support includes supplying additional weapons capable of countering Russian aerial attacks using drones and highly destructive missiles.
