Kuwait city: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Tuesday as the All Share Index gained 32.77 points to reach 8,583.51 points, an increase of 0.38 percent. As many as 339.8 million shares valued at KWD 83.3 million (roughly USD 254 million) were traded via 26,224 transactions.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index saw a decline of 25.76 points, settling at 7,622.44 points, marking a decrease of 0.34 percent. This movement occurred through 212.6 million shares traded in 18,375 transactions, amounting to a total value of KWD 36.7 million (roughly USD 111.9 million).
The Premier Market Index experienced an upward trend, gaining 49 points to close at 9,247.43 points, an increase of 0.53 percent. This was achieved through the trading of 127.2 million shares across 7,849 transactions, with a total value of KWD 46.6 million (roughly USD 142.12 million).
Meanwhile, the Main 50 Index also saw growth, rising by 14.89 points to reach 7,587.98 points, reflecting an increase of 0.20 percent. This was accomplished with a stock volume of 139.9 million shares traded in 7,225 deals, valued at KWD 20.11 million (roughly USD 61.3 million).
