Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah discussed, in a phone call on Thursday, with his Portuguese counterpart Joao Titterington Gomes Cravinho the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories and coordination and consultation regarding the dangerous escalation in the Gaza Strip.

Kuwaiti Foreign Minister asserted, during the phone call, on the importance of ending the cycle of violence and to ensure such violence would not spread to other areas.

The two ministers also discussed boosting efforts to ensure humanitarian aid reach the Palestinian people, in addition to achieving a just and permanent solution to the Palestinian cause.
