Kuwait city: Kuwait's Ministry of Defense said that its air defense systems were intercepting a hostile missile attack.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported that Spokesman for the Ministry of Defense, Col. Staff Saud Al-Atwan, announced on Sunday morning that the explosions heard in parts of the country were the sounds of interceptions. The spokesman urged the public to abide by the safety precautions outlined by the competent bodies.
