Gaza, At least 15 Palestinians, including children and women, were martyred on Monday in the Israeli occupation forces’ airstrikes targeting two homes in the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli warplanes bombed two houses, resulting in the martyrdom of 15 Palestinians, mostly children and women, and injuring dozens. Additionally, dozens are trapped under the rubble, Palestinian news agency (WAFA) quoted local sources as saying.
Earlier, at least eight Palestinians were martyred and many were injured as the Israeli artillery directly targeted the Indonesian Hospital and its surroundings with shells and missiles. Live ammunition was also fired towards anyone moving outside the hospital.
As part of the ongoing violations by the occupation forces, Israeli artillery shelled the Kuwait School next to the Indonesian Hospital.
Local sources said that the Israeli artillery directly fired several shells and missiles towards the Kuwait School, which shelters a number of displaced persons.
The exact number of martyrdoms and injuries, and the extent of the damage caused by the brutal airstrikes on the school remain unknown. Initial reports, however, suggest dozens of martyrdoms and injuries in the attack.
The Israeli massacres in the Gaza Strip have not stopped since the beginning of the aggression on Oct. 7, with schools, hospitals, educational institutions, mosques, and public and private properties being the target of the Israeli airstrikes. The aggression has resulted in thousands of martyrdoms and injuries, mostly among women, children, and the elderly, along with hundreds reported missing.
