Doha: The Department of Meteorology has issued a warning regarding poor horizontal visibility at most locations, with the weather expected to be misty to foggy inshore until 6:00 pm on Wednesday. The daily weather report indicates a transition to moderate temperatures, becoming relatively hot during the day.
According to Qatar News Agency, offshore conditions will initially be hazy to misty before turning fine. The wind patterns inshore are expected to be predominantly northwesterly, ranging from 5 to 15 KT, with gusts reaching up to 21 KT at certain places. Similarly, offshore winds will shift between northwesterly and northeasterly at the same speed and gust levels.
The sea state is forecasted to be between 1 to 2 feet inshore, occasionally rising, while offshore conditions will range from 2 to 4 feet, with peaks reaching up to 6 feet. Visibility is anticipated to be between 3 to 8 km inshore, reducing to 1 km at certain locations initially. Offshore visibility will range from 4 to 10 km, occasionally dro
pping to 3 km or less in some areas.
Tidal information indicates varying high and low tides at different locations, with temperatures reaching a maximum of 32 degrees in Doha and Mesaieed, and slightly higher at 33 degrees in Al Khor. The sunrise is expected at 5:45 LT, with sunset at 16:49 LT.
