Offshore, it will be northeasterly - southeasterly at a speed of 07 to 17 knot gusting to 24 knot at places by early morning. Visibility will be 04 to 08km/ 03km of less at places inshore and 04 to 10 kilometers . Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet rises to 05 feet by early morning. Offshore will be 2 to 4 feet rises to 8 feet at places by early morning.
