Doha: HE Minister of Commerce and Industry, SHeikh Faisal bin Thani bin Faisal Al-Thani, met Sunday with HE Minister of Trade of the Republic of Iraq Atheer Dawood Salman Al Ghurairi, who is visiting the country.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on cooperation relations between the two countries in the commercial, investment, and industrial fields, and ways to strengthen and develop them. Several topics of common interest were also discussed during the meeting.

The discussions included successful economic policies adopted by the State of Qatar to support the private sector. The meeting highlighted the incentives, legislation, and promising investment opportunities offered by Qatar to encourage investors and businesspeople to invest in the Qatari market.
