Qatar: HE Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ibrahim bin Ali Al Mohannadi has emphasized the critical importance of citizens’ participation in the upcoming referendum on draft constitutional amendments. The referendum, initiated by the kind invitation of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, represents a significant opportunity for Qatari citizens to express their belonging and loyalty to the nation.

According to Qatar News Agency, this statement was made during an inspection tour by HE the Minister of Justice, accompanied by HE Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior and Chairman of the Executive Committee for the 2024 Constitutional Amendment Referendum, Abdullah bin Khalaf bin Hattab Al Kaabi. The tour focused on ensuring all necessary preparations at polling stations are in place to facilitate a smooth voting process for citizens participating in this pivotal national event.

His Excellency remarked on the readiness and preparation of the Ministry of Interior’s field
teams to accommodate citizens partaking in the referendum.
