Riyadh: HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi met Sunday with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Sudan, Ali Yousuf Al Sharif, on the margins of the preparatory ministerial meeting of the joint Arab-Islamic summit in Riyadh. The meeting focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation and addressing various regional and global issues of mutual interest.
According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions between both ministers aimed at exploring new avenues for strengthening the ties between Qatar and Sudan. Emphasis was placed on fostering collaboration in areas that would benefit both nations and contribute to regional stability. The diplomats also exchanged views on current international matters, seeking common ground and understanding on challenges facing the Arab-Islamic world.
