Doha: HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met on Tuesday with HE Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) Philippe Lazzarini, who is visiting the country.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on cooperation relations between the State of Qatar and the UNRWA, exploring ways to support and enhance these relations. The discussions also covered developments in the region and a number of topics of common concern.

HE Director of International Organizations Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sheikha Hanouf bint Abdulrahman Al-Thani was also present at the meeting.
