Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index 30 closed on Thursday at 5,249.58 points, registering an increase of 53.9 points or 1.04 percent compared to its previous close of 5,195.65 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading value for the day reached OMR 43,336,372, marking a rise of 53.8 percent in comparison to the last session, which recorded a trading value of OMR 28,179,213. Additionally, the market value increased by 0.445 percent, reaching approximately OMR 30.71 billion, as detailed in a report released by MSX.
