Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index 30 closed on Sunday at 5,193.16 points, reflecting a decrease of 56.4 points or 1.07 percent from the previous closing of 5,249.58 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading value for the day was recorded at OMR 31,060,100, marking a decline of 1.2 percent in comparison to the last session, which was valued at OMR 43,336,372.

The market value experienced a reduction of 0.399 percent, settling at approximately OMR 30.58 billion, as detailed in a report released by MSX.
