Gaza city: Nine Palestinians were martyred and others were wounded on Saturday following several Israeli occupation army airstrikes on Gaza City and Jabalia in the northern part of the strip.

According to Qatar News Agency, a correspondent reported that occupation forces committed a massacre, resulting in the martyrdom of at least seven citizens and the injury of dozens after bombing a residential building on Al Thawra Street in the Al Rimal neighborhood of western Gaza City. The correspondent added that the bombing caused widespread destruction in the area, with medical teams transporting the bodies of the martyrs, including a number of children.

Two more Palestinian citizens were also martyred in an Israeli bombing of Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip. Medical sources reported that 63 martyrs have been killed by the occupation’s fire in the Gaza Strip since dawn today.

Earlier today, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 63,371 martyrs and 159,835 wounded.

The Israeli occupation resumed its aggression on the Gaza Strip after violating the ceasefire agreement on March 18, following a two-month pause. The attacks have targeted various areas of the strip, which is already facing an unprecedented humanitarian tragedy after 22 months of war.
