The North Oil Company announced the restoration of life to the strategic line linking the fields of Kirkuk and Basra.
A source in the company said: “Crude oil has been pumped through the strategic line (K3-Basra) from the reservoirs of the (K3) station west of Kirkuk, to deliver the crude oil to al-Dora refinery and al-Musayyib thermal station by operating auxiliary pumps (boosters) within the operational capacity and the prescribed pressures, and according to the specified quantities.
He explained: “This work is one of the achievements in restoring this line to work after it was suspended for decades.”
