Gaza city: Seven Palestinians were killed and others wounded since dawn Saturday when Israeli airstrikes resumed on scattered areas of the Gaza Strip, according to health officials.
According to Qatar News Agency, four people, including two girls and a woman, died along with several wounded when a strike hit a residential apartment west of Gaza City. Another Israeli airstrike on an apartment near the Jabaliya intersection east of Gaza City caused a number of injuries.
Three more Palestinians were killed and six wounded, one critically, when a strike hit an inhabited tent in the Asda area northwest of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
The ceasefire agreement, which took effect on Oct. 11, was violated more than 1,300 times by the occupation, killing and wounding more than 1,850 Palestinians.
